Delivering top talent with industry-best software
Recruitify has its internal system where all recruiters work. It’s a very complex platform with dozens of views and components. Their main pain points were: a lot of legacy components and inconsistent/unobvious UX. In addition to that, a long time to market due to lack of standardized components, and a desperate need to introduce new dashboard and task management features. Due to nature of the project, I can share details of the project only in person.





Design Output for a Year and Half
Conducted more than 20 interviews with a lot of research insights
Introduced a design system with coded components that greatly reduced developer load while supporting consistency
Remade from scratch all core functional views
Introduced greatly improved UX while maintaining the same user patterns
Designed 18 views and functional components including Communication, Dashboards, Task Management, Inquiry Builder, etc.
